Plastic residue. Ugly brown trim on black door.
We were blamed for plastic being left on too long, however, this was removed immediately and the residue remains on to this day.

Weather stripping and silicon on bi-fold door.
Weatherstripping refuses to stay on. Reapplied by Yoder’s. Does not fit door. Refer to the video of sound. 2nd Video from the top of this page.

Latch scratches every time door opens.

Attempt to show spots on the INSIDE of the glass.
There are significant spots inside the glass. Skip Johnson, a Sierra Pacific representative, attempted to remove these with his spit and shirt sleeve on a rainy day in February 2022 and said there were no spots. They are visible. We have had multiple friends and family members remove them with cleaners and clothes – no one has been able to do so.

Paint fading from hinges after a few months.
